Description of the operation: Renovation of a building on property (Villa Grigolati) located in the Municipality of Grezzana, to be used for agritourism activities of overnight accommodation with breakfast and concomitant construction of a swimming pool for the use of guests of the agritourism

Type of intervention: Renovation and modernization of real estate and purchase of equipment to serve the vineyard;

Description of operation: Removal and disposal of asbestos cement with replacement and installation of new roofing tiles, on a productive agricultural structure located in the municipality of Zevio. A 400-liter turret-carried sprayer was also purchased.

Purpose: Modernization of farms

Achievements: Enhancement of the existing building stock and the company's fleet of vehicles
